What does a batch consume?
A 100-IP batch consumes one HTTP request, one batch slot and 100 IPs from the per-minute limit. All limits must have capacity. A 429 rejection consumes no additional quota; respect Retry-After.
Can I combine multiple keys for more capacity?
No. All keys share the account limit. Limits also apply per key and per source IP within each plan. Avoid continuous retries: rejections are recorded and abusive use may be reviewed or suspended.
Is there a monthly quota or SLA?
There is no monthly request quota or request overage fee. Rate limits and fair use apply. No plan currently includes a contractual availability or latency guarantee. Business prioritizes queued refreshes; local lookups are served directly.
View service statusHow do I change or cancel my plan?
Cancel renewal from your dashboard and retain access until the displayed date. Contact support for an uninterrupted plan change. Existing subscriptions keep their price. On downgrade, excess keys are paused, not deleted.
