Service and scope

IPLumo maintains a local database refreshed from multiple sources and an API for approximate public-IP information, optimized for fast lookups. Operating that database does not mean all its data is exclusively authored by IPLumo. Speed depends on the network, load and record availability; no fixed latency or absolute accuracy is guaranteed.

Accounts and use

Provide accurate information, verify your email and protect your credentials. Revoke exposed keys and report unauthorized access. Anyone contracting for an organization must be authorized to do so. Do not evade limits, compromise systems or infringe third-party rights. When submitting other people's IP addresses, you must have an appropriate legal basis and provide the required information.

Limits and availability

Free includes 50 requests/minute and 1 key; Pro 1,000 and 5 keys; Business 5,000 and 15 keys. There is no monthly quota. Limits are shared by the account and also apply per key and source IP within each plan. Each POST batch accepts up to 100 IPs. Batch limits are 10, 200 and 1,000 batches/minute; processed-IP limits are 1,000, 20,000 and 100,000/minute, respectively. A batch consumes one request, one batch slot and its number of IPs. Evading limits using multiple keys or accounts is not permitted. A null field means unavailable, not false. Do not use results to identify homes or as the sole basis for decisions affecting people.

Access may be limited or suspended for abuse, security risks or non-payment under applicable terms. Reasons and review channels will be provided where possible and compatible with security. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Purchases and renewals

Free requires no card. Pro costs €4.99/month and Business €14.99/month for new purchases. Checkout uses the available payment methods. Existing subscriptions keep their contracted price and are not automatically repriced with these new plans. Total price, taxes, billing period and renewal must be displayed before confirmation. Registration alone creates no charge. Stripe or PayPal processes payments, depending on your choice; subscriptions are managed through the dashboard's billing portal.

Request cancellation in that portal, which displays its effective date. If you cannot access it, email soporte@serversgame.es and keep the confirmation. Cancellation prevents subsequent renewal according to the stated date; it does not exclude refunds or mandatory rights. Price changes will be communicated before the affected renewal.

Withdrawal and complaints

Consumers purchasing remotely generally have 14 calendar days from contracting to communicate withdrawal. Email soporte@serversgame.es with your account, purchase date and an unambiguous statement that you wish to withdraw. No specific form is mandatory.

Using the API or accepting these terms does not imply a waiver of withdrawal. Any exception or proportional payment for service started during that period requires compliance with statutory conditions and, where applicable, an express prior request. Due refunds will be processed within the legal period, normally using the same payment method. You may complain through support and approach competent consumer authorities or courts.

Data, licenses and liability

Use of results must respect applicable rights in the data. Third-party data is not offered as IPLumo's exclusive property. Technical limitations do not exclude statutory warranties, liability for intentional misconduct or negligence where legally applicable, or non-waivable consumer rights.

Law and contact

Applicable Spanish and European law governs these terms, respecting mandatory protections in the consumer's country of residence where relevant. No waiver of legally prescribed jurisdiction is imposed. Questions and complaints: soporte@serversgame.es.
